  • We recommend booking your proposal experience at least 2–6 weeks in advance to allow time for design planning, floral sourcing, and any specialty rentals. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule, so please contact us to check availability.

  • Absolutely. We understand how important the surprise is and are happy to coordinate discreetly throughout the planning process. We can communicate through your preferred method and work behind the scenes to help ensure everything goes according to plan.

  • Yes! We proudly serve Las Cruces, El Paso, Southern New Mexico, West Texas, and destination locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the venue and distance.

  • Yes. We're happy to coordinate with your photographer, videographer, planner, or other vendors to help ensure everyone is prepared for your proposal.

  • Absolutely. With your permission, we can coordinate directly with your hotel, venue, or property manager regarding setup logistics, timing, and access requirements.

  • Of course. Every proposal we design is completely customized to reflect your vision, style, and love story. During your consultation, we'll discuss your ideas and create a proposal tailored specifically for you.

  • If your proposal is planned outdoors and weather becomes a concern, we'll work with you to explore available backup options whenever possible. Because flowers and rentals are reserved specifically for your event, certain changes or additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances.

  • Professional setup is included with every proposal experience. Teardown is included with select packages and larger installations. We'll review exactly what's included in your custom proposal before booking.

  • Yes! We offer luxury flower walls as part of our Signature Proposal Experience or as a custom add-on for eligible proposal packages.

  • Yes. We can coordinate luxury lounge furniture, tables, chairs, picnic setups, arches, pedestals, candles, and other décor rentals through our trusted rental partners to complete your proposal design.

  • Absolutely. We offer a variety of optional enhancements, including candles, champagne displays (where permitted), custom signage, lanterns, rose petals, premium décor, and more. If you have a unique idea, we'd love to hear it.

  • To officially reserve your proposal date, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required. Your date is not secured until both have been received. The remaining balance is due prior to your proposal date, as outlined in your proposal and contract.

  • Yes! If you haven't selected a location yet, we're happy to recommend beautiful venues, parks, rooftops, hotels, and other scenic locations throughout our service area that complement your vision and proposal experience.
