Order Policies

Advance Notice
We recommend placing your order at least 4 days in advance to ensure the best flower selection and design experience. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a $25 rush fee.
Flower Availability
Every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers. While we always strive to incorporate your requested blooms, flower varieties may vary based on seasonal availability and market conditions. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and luxury aesthetic.
Order Approval & Payment
After reviewing your inquiry, we'll contact you within 24–48 business hours. If we're able to accommodate your request, you'll receive a custom quote and invoice. Full payment is required to confirm your order and reserve your event date.
Delivery & Pickup
Local delivery is available throughout Las Cruces and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Exact pickup instructions will be provided once your order has been confirmed.
Flower Care
With proper care, most fresh flowers will last 7–10 days, although vase life varies depending on flower variety and environmental conditions. Care instructions will be provided with every arrangement.
Communication
We communicate primarily through email and text message. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can provide updates regarding your order.
Changes to Your Order
Because flowers are ordered specifically for each custom design, any changes to your order should be requested as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate modifications, changes cannot be guaranteed once flowers have been purchased or your design is in production.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our floral designs, all sales are final. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us immediately so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.
Upon Pickup or Delivery
Please inspect your arrangement upon pickup or delivery so any concerns can be addressed immediately. Once the arrangement has been accepted, Golden Aura Florals is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, or care.
