Order Policies

Please read all order policies before placing your order form.

We require a minimum of 4 days for all orders. A $25 rush fee will be charged for a 2-day order. If your selected date is not available, we are either fully booked or we are not yet accepting orders for that date. With proper care, our flowers last at least 7-10 days. Please note that some flowers are more sensitive and may not last as long as others.

After reviewing your order, you’ll receive an invoice within 24 hours if your order is accepted. Full payment is required to confirm your order. No exceptions. Payment must be sent within 24 hours to reserve the order date.

Our pickup hours are from 10 am to 5 pm in  Las Cruces,New Mexico. You'll receive the exact location once your order is paid. Please respect my time and yours. I cannot guarantee my availability for late pickups.

To ensure a smooth and efficient exchange of information, we use text messaging and email as our mode of communication. Please double-check that the name of the purchaser, phone number, and email you provided are correct. Please make sure the contact you provide can provide details about the order.

If you notice any issues with your order, please inform me before handoff so I can address them. Once the order is in your possession, I am no longer responsible. To ensure the flowers’ condition, you will receive flower care instructions.

No refunds will be given, but alternative solutions may be offered if necessary.
